Your right to delete your personal data
At Integradental we respect your right to control the personal information we hold about you. Under Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic, you may request at any time that we delete the personal data we have collected through any of our digital channels: website, forms, email, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp and others.

How to request deletion of your data
Choose any one of the following options (one is enough):
Option 1 — By email
Send an email to info@integradental.com.ar with the subject line:
"Solicitud de eliminación de datos" (data deletion request)
Include in the body of the message:
- Your full first and last name.
- The channel through which you contacted us (Instagram, WhatsApp, web form).
- Your username on that channel, if applicable (for example, your Instagram handle).
- A brief description of which data you want us to delete.
Option 2 — By WhatsApp
Write to +54 9 11 6449-3658 with a message such as:
"Hello, I would like to request the deletion of my personal data. My name is [your first and last name]."

Which data we delete
When we act on a valid request:
- The content of the conversations you have had with us (including the messages exchanged with our conversational assistant Sofi).
- Contact details you have provided (name, email, telephone, Instagram identifier).
- Interaction records (timestamps, technical identifiers).
- Any other personal data that could identify you and that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.
Data we cannot delete
There are cases in which the law requires us to retain certain data for a minimum period:
- Billing data and payment receipts: at least 10 years (Argentine tax regulations).
- Clinical records (if you became a patient of the practice): at least 10 years from the last visit (Law 26.529). This data remains the responsibility of the registered dental professional and is kept in her professional system, not in the digital channels.
- Data required by a judicial or regulatory order.
In these cases we retain only what the law strictly requires and we stop using that data for any other purpose.
Response time
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 business hours.
- Effective deletion is carried out within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receipt of your request.
- Once completed, we will notify you through the same channel by which we received your request.
For Instagram users
If you contacted us only through Instagram Direct and wish to delete that data:
- Send your request through any of the channels described above.
- State your Instagram username (for example:
@yourigusername).
We will process the deletion of:
- The unique identifier that Meta has provided to us about you (IGSID).
- The content of the messages exchanged with our account.
- The metadata associated with that conversation.
Your own messages remain in your own Instagram account, outside our control. To manage them, you will need to do so from the Instagram application directly.
Automatic deletion
In addition, we automatically delete data originating from conversational channels (including Instagram DMs) that has had no activity for 24 months, unless legal obligations require its retention.
Complaints
If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP):
