First visit

What it includes

• Comprehensive clinical assessment
• Digital X-rays, when needed
• Clinical history, odontogram and periodontogram
• Diagnosis and a staged treatment plan
• A conversation about habits, diet and daily care

We also go through your general medical history and your habits: chronic or autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, nutrition, stress, medication and previous dental work.

How we work

We do not work with health insurers or prepaid health plans. We are a private biological dentistry clinic: we work without amalgams, with biocompatible materials, ozone and laser.

Cancellation policy

1. Booking in advance:

Patients are advised to book their appointment at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

2. Appointment confirmation:

Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the visit, either by phone, text message or email. This helps reduce no-shows.

3. Cancellation policy:

Patients must give notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or failure to attend may incur an administrative charge.
