OralmAPP
The oral-systemic reading, as an app.
A clinical copilot that organises what your mouth is telling you and guides you on how to care for it and when to see a professional.
Launching soon
Illustration of an Oral-Systemic Reading on a phone: total score, profile, breakdown by block and one warning sign.
The MOS methodology, as an app
MOS, Mapa Oral Sistémico, is the clinical methodology Od. Betzabeth Duin developed at Integra: reading the mouth as part of a system, crossing what the person tells, what the images show and what the lab results say. OralmAPP turns it into an application so that reading reaches people before the consultation, and reaches more of them.
-
IBO-15
A closed questionnaire of fifteen questions in five blocks: signs from the mouth, daily habits, diet, sleep and stress, and oral history. It adds up from 0 to 45 and gives a profile, Green, Amber or Red, with the breakdown by block.
-
Warning signs
Four signs that live outside the score: bleeding, tooth mobility, visible calculus and a periodontal history. Any one of them, on its own, suggests a consultation even when the profile is Green.
-
A concrete protocol
Every recommendation names the tool, the frequency and the technique. Not "take care of your tongue hygiene", but "tongue scraping twice a day, back to front, before brushing".
Two products on one engine
Two separate entry points, each with its own flow. They share the infrastructure and the interpretation engine, not the experience: the dentist version does not depend on the patient ever having used the app.

Coming soon
For patients
- Who signs in
- Anyone, from their phone.
- What they upload
- The IBO-15, photos guided by the app, which indicates framing, light and what to show, and any X-rays or lab results they already have.
- What they get
- Their Oral-Systemic Reading: profile, warning signs, care protocol and guidance on when and whom to consult.
-
In development
For dentists and clinics
- Who signs in
- General dentists, in their practice, from any clinic.
- What they upload
- The case narrative, clinical photos, X-rays, CBCT slices exported as images, lab results and OligoScan.
- What they get
- A report with findings by layer, cross-reading, treatment options and a phased sequence: Biostability, Biofunctionality, Bioaesthetics. The AI proposes; the dentist decides and signs.
From questionnaire to reading
-
1
Questionnaire and signs
The fifteen IBO-15 questions and, at the end, the four warning signs. It is the last layer before the questionnaire closes.
-
2
Guided uploads
Photos with the framing the app indicates, plus any X-rays and lab results the person already has. Without guidance the photos are useless; that is why the app asks for them one by one.

Your reading and what to do
The app gives you a precise, clear reading of the state of your mouth. Depending on your case, it will call for clinical confirmation or a dentist's validation; if it does not, the app gives you tools for oral self-care at home.
Health data, treated as such
-
Consent inside the flow
Explicit and before every upload, not buried in the terms and conditions.
-
Encryption and role-based access
Encrypted storage on servers in the region, with separate permissions for patient, clinician and administration.
-
Nothing is shared on its own
Every time a reading is sent to a third party, it requires its own consent.
Born at Integra. Not dependent on Integra.
The dentist version works in any practice, and every clinic can add the oral-systemic reading to its first visit without changing how it works. If you run a clinic and want to try it, write to us.
